450 Sets of Blowers Production&Loading Sharing
In September , Our valued customer in Mexico placed a super order about 450 sets of Liongoal blowers for his great feed machines project . Here , I am willing to share this super order production details and loading process with you .
As for our 450 sets of blowers production , Our factory took 3days to prepare the raw material , Including the iron , Copper and aluminium etc . And then our CNC workshop spent 15days to accomplish the aluminium blower body casting and impellers production , Which ensure the high quality and stability . The CNC workshop scenery is as below shows :
Secondly , Our assembly workshop arrange motor and blower complete installation , Which need 7 days , The assembly scenery is as below shows :
Thirdly , Our engineer department need 2 days to arrange the QC test in blower power ,Airflow and compressor etc, Which is important in our blower quality and security ,As below shows :
Finally our factory arrange our 450 sets of blowers package in 13 card boards and loading on the 40HQ container , As below shows ;
