High Pressure Blower Used To Transport Special Gases
Special gas usually refers to biogas or corrosive gas. The blower is a kind of commonly used air supply conveying equipment. Aluminum alloy material is selected as the main material. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, light weight, etc. The impeller of high pressure blower is composed of multi blade, which has the characteristics of high pressure, low noise, etc. Because the blower operates on electricity, it needs to lubricate the main component bearing, which is separated by oil seal outside the air duct, so the air delivered is clean.
The ventilation medium of high pressure blower is usually air. When the transmission medium is special gas such as natural gas, gas, biogas, etc., special sealing is required. After being used in the market in recent years, sealed blower has been well received by users.
When the blower conveys special gas, there are three important requirements for the blower:
1. The blower outlet is connected to the housing through pipes. The purpose is to prevent gas leakage due to excessive outlet pressure.
2. The purpose of sealing treatment is also to prevent gas leakage.
3. The blower pump body can be coated with Teflon, and the special textile gas is corrosive.

The joint gap of the blower is sealed with sealant to improve the sealing effect and reduce leakage. Compared with the mechanical seal, it is cost-effective.
