2. The rotation direction of the high pressure blower impeller must be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the end of the blower cover.
3. When the air pump of the high pressure blower is working, The working pressure shall not be greater than 80kpa, So as to prevent the air pump from being damaged due to excessive heat generated by the air pump and excessive current of the motor.
4. Except for the two bearings of the motor rotor, Other parts of the high pressure blower do not directly contact and rub. The installation methods of the air pump bearings are mainly divided into two categories. The bearings at the end of the gas pump are installed in the pump body between the motor base and the impeller, And this type of gas pump does not need to be greased at ordinary times.
5. The filter screen and silencer at both ends of the gas inlet and outlet should be cleaned timely according to the situation to avoid blocking.
6. The external connection of air inlet and outlet must be connected with hose (Such as rubber tube and plastic elastic yellow tube).
7. Replacement of high pressure blower bearings: Replacement of bearings must be carried out by personnel familiar with the repair work. Loosen the screw on the pump cover first, And then disassemble the parts one by one according to the sequence shown in the figure. The removed parts should be cleaned and then assembled in reverse order. When disassembling, It is not allowed to pry the impeller hard, And the impeller shall be pulled out by Ramallah. At the same time, It is not allowed to select the missing adjusting gasket, So as not to affect the good clearance of the regulator when leaving the factory.
8. Solid, Liquid and corrosive gas are prohibited from entering the pump body of the high pressure blower.
