Before using the rope displacement sensor, the following precautions should be taken:
1. The rope displacement sensor is a precision instrument, and it is strictly prohibited to strike or drop it during installation. Improper installation and use can affect the performance and service life of the rope displacement sensor;
2.When installing the rope head, attention should be paid to its perpendicularity to the outlet, and the steel wire rope should be pulled out perpendicular to the outlet as much as possible, maintaining a minimum angle (less than or equal to 3 °) to ensure measurement accuracy and the service life of the steel rope. At the same time, the distance from the fixed rope head to the initial position of the moving part and the total length of the measurement stroke should be within the allowable range of the rope;
3. The wiring of the rope displacement sensor must be correct, as incorrect wiring can cause damage to the internal circuit;
4. The surface of the rope displacement sensor is coated with plastic, which may cause accidental cuts, damages, impacts, or other improper situations due to external forces, otherwise it will affect the service life of the displacement sensor;
5. Please do not wrap the output line of the displacement sensor and the power line together or transmit them in the same pipeline, nor should they be used near the wiring to prevent interference.
