If the quantity of smooth oil is insufficient or the quality is poor, the dynamic part will directly conflict and heat up, or the heat cannot be taken away through the smooth oil, which will increase the temperature of the high-pressure blower bearing.
2. The installation quality of rolling bearing is poor. If the tightening force between the inner sleeve and the shaft is not good, the clearance between the outer sleeve and the bearing seat is too large or too small.
3. The sealing felt is too tight, causing heat and air compression.
4. The bearing of high-pressure blower is subject to impact load due to excessive vibration, which seriously affects the stability of smooth oil film.
5. The bearing cooling water of the high-pressure blower is insufficient or suspended, which affects the heat carrying out and causes the bearing temperature to rise.
6. The bearing of high-pressure blower is in poor quality. The scraping quality of the sliding bearing is poor, the black metal contact is poor or the bearing is out of shape; The rolling surface of the rolling bearing is cracked, broken, fallen off, etc., which will damage the stability and uniformity of the oil film and cause the bearing to heat up.
3) The problem with the high-pressure blower is the ambient temperature
1. In some occasions where the ambient temperature is too high, the high-pressure blower needs special maintenance: for example, when it is used in a sealed environment, pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation; When the ambient temperature (when the inlet air temperature is relatively high), pay more attention to ventilation and heat dissipation, and perhaps choose the high pressure blower that allows a higher inlet air temperature (for example, there is a Wind Park high pressure blower, and the allowable inlet air temperature can reach 80 degrees);
