The use environment of the inflatable blower should always be kept clean, the surface of the air model fan should be kept clean, the air inlet and outlet should be free of debris, and the dust and other debris in the air model fan and pipeline should be cleaned regularly. During the operation of the inflatable blower, if it is found that the fan has abnormal sound, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is charged, the switch trips, and cannot be started, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, it is not allowed to carry out maintenance during the operation of the air model fan. After the maintenance is completed, it is required to conduct a trial run for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting the operation.
During the storage and handling of the inflatable blower, the fan shall be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the fan. The fan can operate under full normal conditions. Meanwhile, it is necessary to ensure that the capacity of power supply facilities is sufficient and the voltage is stable. It is strictly prohibited to damage the operation power supply line. The power supply line must be a special line and should not be powered by temporary lines for a long time. During the storage and handling of the air model fan, the fan shall be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the fan.
