How to correctly install a high-pressure ring blower to improve its working efficiency?

The incorrect installation method of a high-pressure ring blower can affect its working efficiency. So, how can we install a high-pressure ring blower to improve its working efficiency?

When the impeller rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the wind vane drives the gas to move forward and outward, forming a series of spiral movements. The air between the impeller blades accelerates and rotates in a spiral shape, squeezing the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (sucked in through the suction port). When it enters the side channel, the gas is compressed and then returns to accelerate and rotate between the impeller blades again. When air passes through the impeller and side groove along a spiral trajectory, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration. As the rotation progresses, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, further increasing the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel. When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange, the gas is squeezed out of the blades and discharged from the pump body through the outlet muffler.

It is understood that the efficiency of a fan is not only related to its own power, but also directly related to reasonable installation and correct use. So, let's learn about the installation method of a fan together:

blower

(1) Cannot be reversed. Due to the use of three-phase power supply, changing any two wiring positions of the ring blower will change the rotation direction. If the correct rotation direction is not paid attention to, the installation direction will also be exactly the opposite in reverse. Although it can still exhaust air at this time, the exhaust volume will be particularly small.

(2) Install in the same direction as natural wind. A ring blower uses the principle of negative pressure for ventilation, and it draws air outward. If it is installed in a direction different from the wind direction, it will counteract the natural wind and weaken its exhaust effect. When used in high temperature and strong wind conditions, the effect may backfire.

(3) Install the high-pressure ring blower as high as possible. This can effectively extract the exhaust gas and hot air from the top layer of the room, increasing efficiency.

(4) Easy to operate and control. The fan has high power and suction, making it a very dangerous electrical equipment. The switch should be set in a position that is easy to operate. If there are two fans, two switches should be set up so that the ventilation volume can be easily controlled according to the needs.

(5) Prevent airflow short circuit. The magnitude of wind power of a wind turbine is not only related to its own power, but also to the operating environment. The indoor passage is well sealed and has high suction force; Poor sealing and low suction force. This is because when there are multiple air inlets in the channel, it first forms air convection with the nearest inlet, and the air intake of the inlet farther away from the fan in the channel will be very small. That is to say, there has been a phenomenon of airflow short circuit. When using, be sure to tightly close the doors and windows closest to the fan (running a little bit of wind in the nearest area can seriously affect the efficiency of the fan), close all ground windows, side windows, and sky windows within half of the fan's proximal end, and open all the distal parts. This can create a high wind speed in the channel, which is beneficial for ventilation and cooling in the middle part.

(6) Flexible application. When the ventilation volume is not very large, a fan can be directly used on the basis of horizontal ventilation to reduce labor intensity. When a large amount of ventilation is required, close the doors and windows at the proximal end and open them at the distal end.
